Refund policy

Exchange Policy:

All products can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase in case they are defective or not as described.

The company will not bear the shipping costs in case of an exchange.

The customer must send us an email on: helixcookware2020@hotmail.com with the order details requesting the exchange.

Exchange Fees are ( 180-250 ) LE Depending on the zone of shipping 

Returns Policy:

Return Period: You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at helixcookware2020@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
